Dr. Poznoff has 25 years of experience in consulting with top management in integrating strategy, structure, organization effectiveness and executive assessment and coaching to help organizations improve their business performance. He has a particular ability in identifying, diagnosing and working through better alignment of strategy, organization and leadership skills and effectiveness. He has strong knowledge, skills and abilities in assessing executive competence and in coaching/enhancing executive effectiveness and impact.

Examples of his work include: assessing, coaching and facilitating the top management team of a $3.5 billion global durable goods manufacturer; work with the Chairman, CEO and COO of a major US corporation to resolve differences in operating style and strategic/operational perspectives extended into a Management Effectiveness Program for use through out the company; facilitation of a 10 year business transformation/change management initiative involving heavy assessment and coaching of high potential and faltering executives.
