Mr. Moran possesses nearly 20 years in executive search and 40 years in Human Resources/Consulting. Over those years he supported both domestic and international business organizations. He has provided customized professional executive searches for clients in the industrial, packaged goods and professional services industries. Clients have ranged from $5 million to over a billion dollars in sales. He has developed, in his 30+ years in Human Resources/Consulting, a strong national network of potential candidates in all functional disciplines.

His earlier corporate experiences include the design and implementation of strategic human resource plans, organizational analysis, training and development, and team building.
